- Items will be sent via Poslaju, the posting & handling coast are RM 10 for small items, RM 15 for medium items & RM 20 for bags or larger items in Peninsular Malaysia. To East Malaysia, the posting & handling cost are RM 15 for small items, RM 20 for medium items & RM 40 for bags or larger items. The item can be receive the next working day.
- Usually delivery takes 1-3 days. We can't be responsible for late delivery as we don't have control over the postal services.
- If insurance is not purchased, shipping/courier is at your own risk during local delivery.
- Tracking number will be mailed to buyer once the package is mailed.
- For pre-orders, estimated delivery time is 10 -14 working days. Some delays may occur during festive seasons or custom clearance.
- For pre-order items, we will be responsible for any loss or damage while it was shipped from a foreign country. Local delivery is at your own risk.
- COD can be arranged at the agreed mutual time & place. No back-outs please, as we have made time & work hard to meet ...so please be very sure! Thanks : D
- Self collection at my house in Seri Kembangan also can be arrange. My house is nearby the Jusco Taman Equine, & just behind the Selangor Pasar Borong.
- We may sometimes need to send bags without its original gift box which may be too large and may incur additional transportation costs to our customers, however we will concur to requests made by our valued customers to send the gift boxes at an additional cost in accordance to its size & weight.
